Amazon and juniors from the Cornish design department worked to create a new type of online shopping experience.

Their challenge was to create a new social shopping experience where younger generation customers can discover, share through social media, and buy products online.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Cornish College of the Arts design students worked with lead designers from Amazon, an e-commerce and cloud computing company, to develop new social shopping experience where younger generation customers could discover, share and buy products online. The junior design students focused specifically on the user journey for Generation Z consumers discovering needs through interviews and competitive, and creating a prototypes defining new user flows and interaction in a five-week time frame.

The design swarms were a major asset to me landing my internship. They convinced me that Amazon thinks big when it come to social change and it would be a good place for me to start my career.
